1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Noodles Research service, including the Terminal (terminal.noodlesresearch.com), the Intelligence Feed (feed.noodlesresearch.com), and Press publications (noodlesresearch.com/press), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Noodles Research provides market intelligence and analytical tools across cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, equities, and geopolitical risk domains. Services include:

• Terminal: A subscription-based intelligence platform with six analytical modules, proprietary indicators, and automated briefings.
• Intelligence Feed: A free, publicly accessible real-time market signal feed.
• Press: Long-form research articles and analysis.

3. Account Registration

Terminal access requires account creation. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment

Terminal subscriptions are billed monthly ($99/month) or annually ($799/year). Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase.

5. Not Financial Advice

All content, data, indicators, signals, briefings, and analysis provided by Noodles Research are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary indicators (Cycle Score, GeoAlpha, Convergence Score, ADL Price Ratio, Macro Top Detection, Capitulation Zones), analytical methodologies, software, content, and design elements are the intellectual property of Noodles Research FZ-LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Terminal content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary indicators or analytical models
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platforms
• Interfere with or disrupt service infrastructure
• Share your subscription access with unauthorized users

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, and unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noodles Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on analytical output. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, access to Terminal features ceases at the end of the current billing period.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.
